As the world biggest spammer, and as a company that could not understand why patens are important, Google will have to start paying just a lot of money. The CEO of Microsoft Steve Balmer, told in an interview "Google Android is not actually free. They should pay some patents." This is so very correct. A few years ago Sergei Brin, one of the Google founders thought that they con just scan all of the worlds Books and give them to the open public, without paying any copywright. They probably thought , we can go with that we are google of course.
That is the prestory. Apple had the same problem with iPhone OS. So what they did? They sued HTC for Android patens. The whole apple sucking coummunity wrote in their blogs, ya they are going to HTC because they are friends with google, they do not want to mess around. So popular thought was this is ok. A few months later Microsoft is sueing Motorolla for the same fucking thing. It is not that Android had really created something ot their own. But the comments were crazy espessially Tech Crunch http://tcrn.ch/bKekM. So they start to comment how bad is microsoft for sueing.
